We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, return it undamaged within 30 days from date of purchase for a full refund of your purchase price. All returns should be neatly boxed, in new condition and should include a return memo indicating date of purchase, order number and reason for return.
Where a customer has received damaged merchandise, we will ship a replacement item at our own cost after receipt of the damaged item.
Workmanship and materials on all our products are guaranteed for 12 months. This guarantee does not apply to products damaged through misuse or accidents.
